• To email you about your booking, for example when it is confirmed or declined.
• To keep a record of bookings and enquiries so our team can give you good service.

We never sell your information. We only share it with the services that help us run the restaurant:

• Our secure website hosting and database provider, where bookings and messages are stored.
• Our email service, used to send booking confirmations and enquiry notifications.
• Next Order, our online ordering partner, when you place a takeaway or delivery order through their system. Their own privacy policy applies to orders placed on their platform.

How long we keep it

Booking and enquiry records are kept only as long as we need them for running the restaurant and answering any follow-up questions. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
